  • Experience with RESTful services (REST)

  • The ability to work together during projects

Software Tester

Would you like to be part of a team of professional testers and make sure our products work flawlessly? Can you facilitate the test process so the scrum teams can make pace? Do you already have some experience as a tester, and would you like to extend your experience in a FinTech environment with other experienced testers?

Do you fit the below requirements?

  • At least 5 years of experience with testing software
  • Preferably an IT or IT-related education
  • ISTQB or TMAP certificate
  • Experience with test tools
  • Experience with both manual and automatic testing
  • Experience with UI testing and API testing
  • Experience with the agile / scrum method
  • Knowledge of JSon and Javascript
  • Proactively search for the root cause of bugs; able to read log files and / or databases.
  • Communicative skills and focus on collaboration
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English in word and writing
  • Great drive to learn and share knowledge

HR Manager (24 uur)

Als HR manager ben je het aanspreekpunt op HR-gebied voor onze medewerkers van diverse nationaliteiten. Dit omvat o.a. het coachen van medewerkers, het begeleiden van verzuimtrajecten en het begeleiden van in- en uitdiensttredingen.
Daarnaast geef je vanuit je expertise als HR manager gevraagd en ongevraagd advies en draag je zorg voor een verdere professionalisering van de HR-inrichting binnen onze organisatie. Hieronder vallen bijvoorbeeld het updaten van ons beoordelings- en beloningssysteem en het ondersteunen bij programma’s gericht op de ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers.
Verder draag je zorg voor de werving- en selectie van nieuwe medewerkers en ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de salaris- en personeelsadministratie. Ook houdt je kennis over wet- en regelgeving up-to-date en ziet toe op de juiste toepassing hiervan.

Het betreft een functie waarvoor een grote mate van zelfstandigheid en pro-activiteit wordt gevraagd.

Jouw profiel

  • Een afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring;
  • Communicatief vaardig, in zowel Nederlands als Engels;
  • Affiniteit met IT-organisaties;
  • Ervaring in een agile organisatie waar gewerkt wordt met scrum is een pré;
  • Goede kennis van ADP is een pré;
  • Je voelt je thuis in een informele omgeving waar ondernemerschap centraal staat, bent flexibel, pro-actief en werkt zelfstandig
